Let's just get right down to it, it all depends.
Sometimes we need those little moments where we say okay, let's just do this, let's just get over the fear and just bam, do it.
But then sometimes when you're finished, you think, okay, I did it. Yet, there's this part of you that doesn't feel right with the results. You wished you would have taken a little more time. And I think the reason why that happens is because you weren't really connected to what you actually desired in your heart in that moment.
How do you get to that point where you're not waiting for it to be perfect, but you take that little tiny step where it is connected to your heart?
Well, you actually give yourself about two minutes to just rant. Sometimes I like to do it writing, so I get it down: oh my goodness, I don't know what I'm doing, and this sucks and maybe I wish it could be perfect, and oh what about this, what about that. This opens just a little bit of space for possibility. So then you know what needs to be done in this moment.
The world out there is noisy, and it's never gonna feel exactly like the most perfect moment. If you just step into action without connecting; taking that two minutes to connect, then sometimes it doesn't feel real good to just go out there and do it.
Try that, take two extra minutes before you go and just do it, and rather than waiting for it to be perfect and let me know how it goes.
If you wanna connect to people who are going out there doing it, but connecting to their heart before they go out there and do things, you can join my free Facebook group, called The Nourishing Nook.
