Sometimes we feel like our life just doesn't go in the way we want it to. And things could be better.
We could be traveling more. We could be doing more with our kids, having more free time, less worrying about what's gonna be for dinner.
We just want it to better. We wanna be somewhere else.
I want you to think about this: Is your life really as bad as you think?
Now there may be times in our life where, yes. It is really that bad. There is a lot going on. There's a lot of challenges.
But sometimes it's not as bad as you think.
Another thing that may happen is that we may feel as though there's a lot that needs to be changed. We have this huge list. And all these things go through our head: If only this happened then I could do this.
Well what could happen if you broke up your life into shorter time frames?
If you have this dream of your life to be better, ask yourself: What could I do in this moment to change my life?
And if you want take it even further, start sitting with this sense of urgency for things to be better, to be different than they are now? Then do that for about 10 minutes. Get comfortable with the fact that sometimes things just don't feel right. And that's okay.
